Account and Data Deletion
Effective: 5 September 2026
Voice-Morph users can delete their account and associated cloud data from inside the app. Voice-Morph does not use Cloud Firestore for ongoing account profile or access-tier state.
Delete in the app
- Open Voice-Morph and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then find the Account section.
- Select Delete Voice-Morph account.
- Read the deletion warning and select Delete account permanently.
- Complete Google reauthentication. Voice-Morph requires recent authentication to protect your account.
If you cannot access the app or account, email tohungatech@gmail.com. We will require enough information to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.
Data Voice-Morph deletes
- The Firebase Authentication account used by Voice-Morph.
- The RevenueCat customer record associated with the Firebase user ID, where Voice-Morph controls deletion.
Data that is not deleted automatically
Local recordings and exports remain on your device. Delete them separately in the Voice-Morph library or device storage. Account deletion never silently removes local audio or video files.
Google Play purchase and transaction records are controlled by Google and may be retained by Google. Tohunga-Tech or its providers may also retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting, or other legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Voice-Morph account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play's subscription settings. Account deletion also does not refund or revoke a purchase.
After deletion
Voice-Morph returns to a signed-out/free state and unlinks its local RevenueCat identity. A future sign-in or purchase restoration may create a new service-provider record from Google Play purchase information that remains available to the store.
