Privacy Policy
Effective: 5 September 2026
Local-audio promise: Voice-Morph's normal recording and voice-morphing pipeline processes raw recordings and morphed audio locally on your device. Voice-Morph does not upload those audio files unless you choose to share or export them to another service or location. Your device or operating-system backup service may separately back up app data according to your backup settings.
Who we are
Voice-Morph is provided by Tohunga-Tech. For privacy questions, contact tohungatech@gmail.com.
Audio and files on your device
Recordings, processed audio, saved recipes, and export metadata are stored locally in app storage or device storage. Captioned video exports are also created locally. They remain until you delete them through Voice-Morph or your device, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to any device or operating-system backup and restore behavior. Account deletion does not silently delete these local files.
Account and cloud data
If you use Google Sign-In, Google and Firebase Authentication process identifiers and profile details made available by your Google account, such as your name, email address, profile image, provider identifier, and Firebase user ID. Firebase Authentication handles Voice-Morph account identity, and the Firebase user ID is used as the RevenueCat customer identifier. RevenueCat and Google Play process purchase, subscription, and entitlement information as described below. Voice-Morph does not use Cloud Firestore for ongoing account profile or access-tier state.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics processes pseudonymous app interactions and purchase-funnel events, an app-instance identifier, device and diagnostic information, and approximate location derived from masked internet-protocol information. Voice-Morph disables advertising-ID collection and ad-personalisation signals for Firebase Analytics. Recorded audio, filenames, transcripts, account profile details, and store receipts are not included in Voice-Morph Analytics events.
Advertising
The free tier uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on device settings, consent choices, and Google's services, AdMob may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, secure, and measure ads. Active Starter and PRO entitlements remove in-app ads.
Purchases and subscriptions
RevenueCat and Google Play Billing process account/customer identifiers, product identifiers, purchase and subscription history, entitlement status, receipts or purchase tokens, and related device and diagnostic information. Google Play controls billing, cancellation, and its transaction records. Voice-Morph does not receive full payment-card details.
Support and diagnostics
If you contact support or copy diagnostics, we process the information you choose to provide. Diagnostics can include app/build version, access tier, sign-in status, local library counts, device capability flags, recent non-sensitive flow markers, and user-agent information. They do not include audio files, authentication tokens, privileged credentials, or payment-card details.
Sharing and service providers
We use Google services (including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Analytics, AdMob, and Google Play) and RevenueCat for the purposes described above. Data may be processed where those providers operate, subject to their safeguards and policies. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Account, analytics, advertising, and purchase data transmitted to service providers is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No system is completely secure, and local files remain subject to your device's security and backup settings.
Retention and deletion
Local files remain until you delete them or remove app data, subject to device backup and restore behavior. When deletion completes, Voice-Morph deletes the Firebase Authentication account and the UID-linked RevenueCat customer record that Voice-Morph controls, except where limited retention is legally required. Historical Firebase Analytics events, AdMob telemetry, Google Play records, and other provider-held pseudonymous records are not necessarily linked to the Firebase account by Voice-Morph and are not promised to be removed by account deletion; providers retain them under their configured and legal retention rules.
Signed-in users can select Settings → Account → Delete Voice-Morph account. You can also read the Account and Data Deletion instructions. Deleting a Voice-Morph account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription and does not delete Google-controlled purchase records.
Your choices
You can avoid creating an account, manage ad/privacy choices where offered, delete local recordings and exports, manage subscriptions in Google Play, and request help with access or deletion by emailing tohungatech@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
